I feel I should know what sort of tree this lovely Goth is up but it has been well established that I have no real idea about trees.  The Goth, on the other hand I feel I can tell you more about.  She is well attired for an outdoor expedition with the Goth idea of a practical outfit: stylish yet practical hat, practical messenger bag containing a litre of sunscreen, spare eyeliner, a powder compact, and a Neil Gaiman book - probably ‘American Gods’ which she’s reading for the 5th time, the only non-platformed pair of boots she owns, buckled cheerleader skirt that vaguely covers her rear unless the wind blows or she gets caught up a tree.  I like the look on her face.  It’s definitely a smug sort of ‘I’m looking awesome up this tree and you’re not, you sad little soil-bound peon’.  Excellent work.

There is a vague hint of a smile but I’m going to let it slide.  It is, of course, daylight.
