shootthunder submitted this photo 3 times with various captions, the most descriptive being “This is my bandmate Julia Owen. She is in the tree because we did a photo shoot in the woods. You’ll notice she’s not very high in the tree, that’s because she’s afraid of heights. This is as far up a tree as Julia is willing to go.”
You cruel bastards putting this poor fragile girl up a tree when she’s afraid of heights.  She attempting to look composed for the photo but her hands clutching those branches tightly give her away.  Extra points for her calm facial expression.
What is going on with the branch-hut tree situation?  I thought some of the branches were external roots but now I don’t know.  I asked my friend about this and she basically said ‘who cares about the tree, look at the magical beaver cave’.  Magical beaver cave?  WHAT? ‘A cave made by giant magic beavers’, she explained.  Um. OK. So using that fine logic, does that make Julia a magical beaver?  How many times can I used that word without it being an obvious double entendre? ARRG
She’s not smiling but it’s day time.  It’s a nice Autumnal photo and she’s afraid of heights so good on her for being a magical beaver and getting to that height outside her cave.
